Thank you so much for this pattern, it brings back fond memories. My Aunty made this jumper for my father in the early 60’s. By the 70’s he had literally wore it to its death. I then, and in my early 20’s, labouriously counted every stitch and row from what was left of the garment, writing it down, and knitted him and myself jumpers from that. I do remember I knit it in DK, so now I need to upsize as I am some what larger these days and in my mid 60’s.
