Year/Decade – 1940’s. I’m guessing. The pattern is pretty small, which fits with paper rationing. There was a very famous 40’s song about bluebirds over the White Cliffs of Dover.
Size 34 to 36 inch bust. Yes, that’s a medium size in the forties.
