Year – Early 80s. I don’t usually post from this era, but these sleeves are having a fashion moment. I had to look up the right term and I think they are bishop sleeves and not balloon sleeves.

Oh dear it had to happen sooner or later. l remember this pattern when it was originally issued, and have other patterns from the same range. This means that I am old and am now stopping counting!
