Year – 1940s

Size – 36 inch bust finished measurement, however it has negative ease ( which means it’s flat measurements are a little smaller than your measurements, so that it’s designed to be stretched to fit.) 34, 35, 36, 37 inch bust

Yarn Size – 3 ply

  1. I was looking at this pattern to investigate the sleeves for another sweater that I’m planning to knit that I really want to add these pleated sleeves to. I took a closer look at the pattern at the yoke and I know it looks complicated but I realized that I made a hat with this same pattern. Once you get it down it’s not that complicated but it looks so fancy. I might have to make this sweater too now, just have to do the math to size it up from a 34 to a 40 tall.
