Inside this issue – Linen star shaped mats for the Christmas dinner table, a bow necked cardigan with cables (33-35 inch bust); a ribbed jumper with a fair isle collar (34-36); home made presents – a jabot, ribbon daisy earrings, some slippers and a pair of ribbon flowers, ducking baby shoes, a bunny toy, a penguin in a nightcap and three ways to cover a coat-hanger, some ladies gloves and two sets of cap and scarves. For Christmas parties there is a short sleeved evening sweater with sequins (32-34 ) or a multi-coloured waistcoat (32-34).
It certainly is sunny here today. I have been out on the balcony soaking in some vitamin D and reading, till it got too hot, so now I’m enjoying the cool indoors and getting on with my task of scanning these magazines. So far I haven’t had much of a schedule and have sat down to the scanner whenever the mood took me, so forgive the haphazard nature of when they appear online. If it stays really hot, I might get more done!
